Art Tree

Down at Southbank yesterday, I came across a set of trees which have been transformed as part of an art project. The trees are lit up with bright lights, play music, and regularly spray out a fine mist of water. This is fun in that you can get wet, but also creates a spooky atmosphere. The wet mist refracts the bright lights and, when combined with the sound of the Thames and the whale-y music, makes for a very sea-side feel, which is unusual for London! Well worth a visit.
