London Eye: Closed For Maintenance

The London Eye is currently closed for maintenance until February, but still makes for a good photo.

The London Eye has to be one of the biggest success stories of the Millennium Projects, dramatically changing the London skyline and making for a great attraction. It will surely become a permanent feature of London (it was originally planned to be a temporary structure) and a great icon. It was rumoured a while back that other cities would copy the design (perhaps making it a few foot higher), but this hasn’t materialised so far.
