Tiger Lil’s

Went to the Tiger Lil’s restaurant this afternoon, which is always a good experience. Their method of serving is unique. You take a plate up to a counter full of meat and vegetables and fill it up, taking care to seperate the meat and veg. Then you give the plate to a wok-chef, who will fry the meat in front of you in your selected oil, then bung in the veg and your selected sauce. The chef gives the coked food back to you in a bowl on a plate. You eat the food from the bowl, then take the plate up and repeat the process until full. It’s fun.
