Strange Tunnels at UCL

UCL is spread out over a number of different buildings dotted around the Gower Street area. What a lot of people don’t know is that many of them are connected through a series of underground tunnels which go beneath the roads.

This is a particularly grim-looking one which feels like it’s part of a secret underground laboratory.

If not mistaken, this is part of the old hospital tunnel system that uses to run under the old main parts of the site. Some still being used.
