Spam, E-mail and Mobile Phones

I've been busy for the past few days, earning money again by working in the Owl Bookshop in Kentish Town. New trainers have meant that my feet ache by the end of the day, but hopefully they'll wear in soon.

I've just deleted about 10-15 spam comments posted to this blog, which is an increase on the amount it normally gets. Deleting the comments one by one is a pain - there must be an easier way. I might upgrade to Moveable Type 2.0 (the free version) or try and find a plugin.

I went through my address book last night and deleted all the unknowns and then sent out update requests via plaxo. Plaxo is quite a good service. They've only got plugins for Outlook and Outlook Express so far, but you can do it all from their website anyway. I'd like to be able to sync with Mozilla Thunderbird, which I've just started using (it's excellent) though.

I'm considering getting a new mobile phone (on a better value contract), hopefully one with a better camera on it. I've taken almost a thousand photos with my current camera. Apparently megapixel camera phones are just around the corner.
