Le Petit Prince

There's a restaurant in Kentish Town that I haven't been to yet called 'Le Petit Prince', named after the book of the same name. It's a French restaurant, and with glittering reviews in the window and a nice-sounding menu, it looks pretty good. Being a French restaurant though, it's closed on Mondays. I wonder how old this custom is in France...
