Fuel Cell Buses A Success

The emission-free hydrogen fuel cell buses have reportedly had a successful year, the BBC reports. The three buses have together travelled over 23,000 miles over 3,400 hours of operation (at an average of 6.8mph, based on those figures).

The buses are reported to be quiet, comfortable and reliable. The only problem is their price tag; currently they’re said to cost around a million pounds per bus…
