		<description>That&#039;s a Ballast train, though just why they would need rock ballast in the tube is beyond me.  Maybe they got lost?

The loco is a &quot;battery&quot; engine, which typically isn&#039;t seen in the day since they run when the traction current is turned off.  Their bodies are filled with tons of lead acid batteries so they can run without current.

They do have internal motors to accept track power though.</description>
