Building a theme park on a budget

I've got a long-held ambition to build and run a theme park, so I was amused to discover Lauri Vartiainen in Finland, a real theme park enthusiast, is attempting to build his own 'old time amusement park' with vintage rides, on a budget. So far he's built a ferris wheel. Great stuff.
