'The Visitor Experience' - event at the Dana Centre

I spent today at an event being run by the Science Museum to present some ideas about emerging new media and exhibition trends to a group of MPs, Lords and other officials who are working on a project to build a visitor centre for the Houses of Parliament. My role was to blog the event, in order to provide a record of the presentations and perhaps to kick-start some conversation.

Amusingly, on the same day our IT department has sent out an all-staff e-mail informing us that MySpace is now banned, due to 'security risks' (perhaps related to this worm) - a few steps forward, one step back, for social networking sites and museums...
