Thanks for your comment, and for pointing to your Share-it page, which contains some useful pointers (though you might want to consider updating the Creative Archive information, as that project is more or less a dead duck, from what I can tell).

As to the contradiction between employer and employee interests, I agree that there’s a potential conflict there, but was just surprised that you didn’t seem to be advocating a sensible middle ground, but rather an ‘every man for himself’ kind of attitude.

Talking of employment, it may seem contradictory, but the employer, employee and freelancer will actually have opposing IP clauses and claims and different objectives when it comes to IP ownership. Confusing maybe, but that’s employment contracts for you.
